Included services and activities

Included in your booking you will have:

• Bed linen and a set of towels for each guest*;
• Access to the swimming pools, playground and all common areas in general;

Pets are allowed on all our campsites, subject to certain observations:

• All animals must comply with health regulations, as evidenced by the vaccination booklet;
• All animals must be kept in such a way that they do not disturb or damage other guests or property on the camp site;
• Large animals or animals of breeds considered risky are only allowed if agreed in advance with the management;
• Liability in the event of damage to persons or property caused by the animal is entirely the responsibility of the owner;
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and may not enter the swimming pool area, sports areas, playgrounds and restaurants;
• Reservations with pets obligatorily include a final cleaning fee of € 25.00 for all accommodations.

If you are travelling with your pet, please let us know at the time of booking and bring its vaccination papers and certificates with you.

Yes you can, except during the high season months and only if the occupation rate allows it, upon payment of the daily entrance fee (€ 15 adults - € 10 children). It is necessary to call the reception on + 39 041 920312 to check availability before going to the campsite.

The camping is open all year round.

You can check in from 3:00 pm.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can arrive whenever you like, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability of your accommodation before 3:00 pm.

* If you have booked a hu camp, you can check in from 12 am.

To check-in online before your arrival, follow the wizard at this link : enter the booking number, which you'll find in the confirmation email, and then enter your arrival and departure dates. Fill in your details and then the details of the people who will be travelling with you. On completion of the check-in process, you will receive a confirmation email.

Check-out hours

You will have to leave your accommodation and check out at reception by 10:00 am.

If you plan to check out outside the scheduled time, please come to reception the night before to check prices and availability.

* If you have booked a hu camp, you can check out by 12:00 am.

Documents for the check-in

For European citizens, all you need is your national ID card. Non-EU citizens need to show their passports - this also applies to children. ID must be presented in the original (neither photos nor copies will be accepted) and the document must be valid.

If you'll be travelling with your pet, let us know at the time of booking and please bring your documents and vaccination certificates with you.

Entry to the campsite is permitted from 08:00 am on the day of arrival, while check-in with the handing over of the keys takes place from 3:00 pm.

• How to reach the camping from Venice Santa Lucia train station (lagoon)
Go down the stairs of the station and cross the Ponte della Costituzione bridge on your right, then straight on to Piazzale Roma, the central bus station.
Take bus number 6 towards Marghera. After ten minutes get off in Via Paleocapa - ask the driver.
When you get off the bus, turn left into Via Beccaria. Continue straight ahead for about 6-8 minutes until you find a Pizzeria on your right, at which point turn right into Via della Fonte, pass the Sport Centre on your left, continue along the pedestrian subway and in 2 minutes you will be at hu Venezia camping in town!
Bus No. 6 leaves from Piazzale Roma in Venice every 20 minutes at 10 - 30 - 50 minutes of every hour. The last departures are at 23.10 - 23.25 - 23.50.

• How to reach the camping from Venice - Mestre Station
Take the subway in the direction of Marghera. At the exit go straight ahead until you reach the large roundabout where you will find the stop for bus number 6 (GIOVANNACCI) and get off at Via Paleocapa - ask the driver.
When you get off the bus, turn left into Via Beccaria. Continue straight ahead approximately 6-8 minutes until you find a Pizzeria on your right, at which point turn right into Via della Fonte, pass the Sport Centre on your left, continue through the pedestrian subway and in 2 minutes you will be at hu Venezia camping in town! (tickets can be bought at the tobacconist's in the station).

• How to reach the camping from Venice Marco Polo Airport
Take the No. 5 bus to Venice and get off at the last stop. From there, Piazzale Roma, the central bus station, take bus No. 6 towards Marghera. After ten minutes get off in Via Paleocapa - ask the driver.
When you get off the bus, turn left into Via Beccaria. We recommend you take ATVO SHUTTLE BUS to Piazzale Roma (Venice)

What is the access fee?

The access fee is a fee introduced by the Municipality of Venice that will have to be paid by occasional visitors, on some specific dates in 2024 (see the calendar here), in order to have access to the ancient city of Venice.

How much does it cost?

Don't worry, because having booked at a local facility, you are exempt from the payment.

How does it work?

If your stay falls within the dates of the calendar, once you check in at reception, you will also receive an email with a QR code. This will allow you to access the ancient city and enjoy your visit.

When booking, you'll be asked to indicate which dates you want to stay. Depending on your method of contact, we'll check the availability of the requested accommodation and give you a price as soon as possible. In case of unavailability, we'll offer you alternatives to consider.

You can visit the experience page of our website and choose the one that best suits your needs. Otherwise, once at the campsite you can go directly to the infopoint or consult the appropriate section in our web app.

Only if you book by e-mail, you will be asked to pay 30% of your booking as a deposit by bank transfer.

You can book the continental breakfast service either when booking or when checking in.

Please note:

  • Continental breakfast will be served at our bars or restaurants and includes: croissants, hot drinks of your choice, fruit juice, yogurt, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, cereals, biscuits, fresh fruit, toast with cooked ham and cheese, cheese, boiled eggs
  • Please specify any food allergies or intolerances in the Notes section.
  • A credit card will be requested at the time of booking as a guarantee and the balance of the booking must be paid upon arrival at the property.

    If the Non-Refundable Rate is selected, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

    In both cases, tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.

    If you decide to cancel your booking, you will be charged the following penalties:

    • Standard mode: no penalty will be charged to the Customer if they communicate their desire to withdraw up to 24 hours before 00:00 on the first day indicated in the booking. If the Client withdraws from the contract after this deadline, the Client will be charged a penalty equal to the cost indicated for the first night's stay at the Property and the reservation shall be considered definitively cancelled.

    • Non-refundable mode: if the Customer withdraws from the contract at any time, they will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the Price.

    The reservation must be cancelled in writing by sending an email to our booking office using the form.

    You can change the dates of your booking up to 24 hours before the first day indicated in the booking, subject to remaining availability.

    In the case of a Non-Refundable mode booking, it will not be possible to make changes to the booking date.

    Tourist tax is € 0.20 per person, per night, up to 5 nights.

    LOW SEASON (from 1 January to 31 January) € 0.10 per person, per night.
    HIGH SEASON (from 1 February to 31 December) € 0.20 per person, per night. € 0.10 ages 10 to 16.

    The following are exempt from payment:

    • Persons under 10 years of age;
    • People who assist patients in public or private hospitals;
    • Patients receiving hospital treatment;
    • Disabled persons with a certificate;

    When requesting your booking in the appropriate field, you can express a preferred position for your mobile holiday home, or ask to stay near other family groups.
    We remind you that we cannot guarantee a specific location but we will do our best to satisfy all requests.

    You'll be provided with a set of linen for each bed and a set of towels per person, consisting of a small face towel and a shower towel.

    Bed linen is included in the total price and will be changed weekly on request. Please tell us the exact number of adults and children in your group, so that our staff can prepare the linen before your arrival.

    If necessary, you can hire extra bedlinen from Reception:

    Safe in the accomodation

    The safe is present in the following types of accommodations:

    The sockets in all types of accommodation are of the Schuko type. The voltage of the mobile home is 220 V.

    Rent a crib

    Yes it is possible to rent it for free. You can request it directly when booking your accommodation, or when you arrive at the front desk.

    It is considered a special request and cannot be guaranteed.

    Air conditioning is present inside all our accommodations and also works as a heat pump.

    The use of air conditioning is free of charge.

    Final cleaning

    Final cleaning is included.
    The accommodation must be left clean, tidy and without rubbish bags.

    If animals are present the extra final cleaning is mandatory and amounts to € 25,00.

    Welcome in the hu Venezia camping in town!

    With the aim of guaranteeing everyone a peaceful and respectful coexistence within the campsite, we ask you to take a few minutes to read our rules, which are posted at the entrance to the Camping and made available on various digital channels (website, web app, email, online check-in).

    By accessing the campsite, you automatically accept these rules without reservation.

    On arrival

    All guests - including children - are required to present ID upon arrival, for checking and registration purposes. This is a legal requirement.
    Guests must check the registration document for accuracy, report any discrepancies to Management, and report any changes to their party such as the arrival or early departure of members of their group.
    On arrival, each guest will be given an identification wristband, which must be worn for the duration of their stay, shown at the request of the security staff and returned on departure.
    The tourist tax must be paid on arrival in cash.
    The accommodation will be available on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm onwards.
    The management reserves the right of admission, retention and removal.

    On departure

    On the day of departure accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If this time is exceeded, an additional day's stay shall be charged.

    Guests who anticipate their departure will still be charged for all days of the booking.

    On departure, you must return the keys, the Car Pass and settle any extra payments at Reception.

    Minors

    Minors are only permitted to enter if accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them and guarantor to the management and other guests.

    Visitors

    The management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and day guests subject to organisational requirements.

    They are required to show a document and pay the fee specified in the "price list". You will be given a bracelet that must be worn for the duration of your stay.

    Entry is only permitted on foot by 19:00 hours, with exit by 22:00 hours.

    Internal road traffic

    Cars and motorbikes may enter the Camping after their number plates have been logged. Vehicle passes will be issued on arrival, and must be hung on the rear-view mirror. Parking of vehicles is permitted in the spaces indicated by Management. The safety regulations require a maximum speed of 10 km/h (walking pace). Visitors are kindly asked to use their cars only to enter and exit the camping.

    Pets

    Animals are allowed at a surcharge, but the acceptance of large dogs or dogs of breeds considered dangerous must be agreed with the management. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by animals. It is categorically forbidden for animals to enter the swimming pools and playground.

    Accomodation units

    Accommodation units are available from 03:00 pm and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
    Guests are not permitted to remain in the Camping after Check-out time. No tents, tarpaulins, caravans, fences or other structures may be erected between the units. All units are provided with sheets. A free weekly linen change is provided for bookings of at least 7 nights. For the sake of the environment, please use the air conditioning only when you are present in the units, with doors and windows closed. On departure, the unit must be left clean and tidy, free of rubbish and with clean kitchenware. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged together with the cost of replacing any broken or missing items.

    Guest behaviour and quiet hours

    Any behaviour, activities, games or equipment that may cause a disturbance to other guests must be avoided. Silence must be observed from 11pm to 8 am. During the quiet hours, guests may not drive their vehicles or enter or leave the Camping by car. Guests are required to respect the plants and landscaped areas, hygiene and cleanliness of the Camping. The campsite staff and all guests are obliged to separate waste. Please use the special coloured bins with care and precision. The use of unsupervised naked flames (candles, citronella, charcoal, torches etc.) is prohibited.
    It is forbidden to use barbecues of any kind.

    Responsibility

    Whilst guaranteeing the continuous surveillance of the Camping, Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables and/or personal items from the accommodation, vehicles or any other location inside or outside the premises. Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings. Management cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage. Subject to its public liability cover, Management is not liable for damage caused by other guests, vandalism, atmospheric events, natural disasters, falling trees, branches or pine cones, fire, insects, epidemics or disease. Due to the nature of the Camping and its setting, there is natural unevenness in the terrain. Management declines all responsibility for any incident resulting from these circumstances. Management may require anyone who does not respect these Regulations to leave the Camping. Any complaints and grievances must be promptly reported to Reception.

    Emergencies

    1) Call the SINGLE EMERGENCY NUMBER 112 to contact the ambulance, police, fire brigade or other authorities.

    2) Immediately afterwards, NOTIFY RECEPTION on +393466969518 that you have called the emergency services. We need to be informed as soon as possible to coordinate the emergency response!

    How does check-out work

    To check out, you need to report to Reception by 10 am and click on the "Checkout" button on the totem, then wait to be called. Once at the counter, you will have to hand in the keys to your accommodation, along with the car pass.

    * If you have booked a hu camp, you can check out by 12 am.

    Check out after hours

    You will have to leave your accommodation and check out at reception by 10:00 am.

    If you plan to check out outside the scheduled time, please come to reception the night before to check prices and availability.

    Services on departure day

    You can stay in the camping until 10 am on the day of departure.

    If you wish to stay later than 10:00 a.m., you can make a request at reception when you check out, and, if available, you will be able to use all the facilities until the evening, subject to payment of the daily entrance fee (adult € 15, child € 10).

    Wi-fi

    Wi-fi is available from hotspots in the restaurant, near the reception, at the infopoint and around the swimming pools.

    ATM

    You can pay by debit card at all points of sale. An ATM counter is available on the campsite next to the reception.

    Security staff

    At the entrance to the campsite our staff will always be present to check your identity and allow you access to the facility. Night watchmen are also present on the campsite to ensure the safety and tranquillity of the facility.

    Pool surveillance
    All swimming pools are supervised by lifeguards during opening hours. However, we recommend keeping an eye on children at all times.

    Parking is free within the campsite and in the designated spaces near the mobile homes, if provided with a pass.

    1) Call the UNIQUE EMERGENCY NUMBER 112 to contact the ambulance, the police or other authorities.

    2) Right after, NOTIFY THE RECEPTION of the arrival of help on the number + 39 3466969518. It is essential to let us know as soon as possible to coordinate emergency vehicles!

    Laundry

    There are two laundries in the camping with self-service washing machines and dryers open 24 hours a day, at a cost of € 5.00 for the washing machine and € 4.50 for the dryer.

    Daily entrance

    This is only possible if the campsite occupancy permits it at the time, against payment of the daily entrance fee. It is necessary to telephone reception on + 39 041 920312 to ascertain availability before going to the campsite.

    Reception opening hours

    The reception is open every day 24 hours a day.

    The water park is open daily from May to October, depending on weather conditions.

    Quiet hours

    The camping respects a quiet time from 23:00 to 08:00.
    During these hours it is not possible to make noisy activities and, in general, disturb other guests.

    Local travel service

    To reach the centre of Venice there is a shuttle service that leaves directly from the campsite. It is free for those who book at least two nights directly on our website or can be purchased at reception for those who have booked through other portals.

    In both cases, tickets must be booked at the reception desk, which will check hourly availability.

    Infopoint services

    You can contact the Infopoint for the following services:

    • Tourist information about the surroundings, tour and activity bookings
    • Transfers to the station, airports, shuttle bus

    The Infopoint is open every day of the year:

    Mid and high season (March to October)
    Mornings and evenings.

    Low season (November to February)
    Mornings to afternoons.

    Within the campsite you will find a bar with a wide choice of snacks, sandwiches, fruit salads, cocktails, and much more, and a restaurant where you can try real Italian cuisine: delicious first and second courses without forgetting the queen of Made in Italy... pizza!

    There is a market with fresh products such as bread, daily fruit and vegetables, personal hygiene products, as well as gadgets and accessories for your holiday.

    Sunbeds reservation

    No, sunbeds in the pool cannot be reserved. When you leave the water park, don't keep them occupied: take your towels away and help us give those who come after you a good experience too.

    Intolerances menu

    On the campsite there is a gluten-free menu and vegetarian dishes for all palates.

    Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

    Extend the stay

    This is possible depending on the availability of the camping at that time. Go to reception the evening before your scheduled departure to request an extension and to check prices and availability.

    Waste collection

    For the hu Venezia camping in town, respect for the environment and nature comes first.

    You too can help us by sorting your waste during your holiday, by following a few small precautions:
    Inside the village you will find several ecological areas and waste bins. All waste must be placed in the appropriate container, following the instructions on it.

    You will also find all waste collection points on the paper map and online.

    Items found in the accommodation and on the camp site will be delivered to the lost property depository at reception. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to make a lost property report.

    If the item is found, you will be contacted and it will be sent back to the address given. Shipping and its organization will be the responsibility of the recipient.
